Delivery Information

Orders received by 2 p.m. will be dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays). All orders (*see below for exclusions) are sent out by APC NEXT DAY COURIER to be delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. the next working day. If your Salon is not open during these hours, then please add any delivery instructions and opening times in the ‘Order Notes’ when placing your order. If you are NOT in when your order is delivered, the Couriers will try to deliver to a neighbour, but failing that they will leave a CARD which you MUST read as you will have to contact them to organise re-delivery or collect your order from the depot. The Courier company will NOT attempt further deliveries and your order will be returned to Beauty Select Ltd after 7 days. If any parcels are returned to Beauty Select due to non-delivery, then you will be charged your standard delivery charge (+vat) for your goods to be redelivered to you. Please allow an extra day for shipping pre and post public holidays.

Due to our Courier company charging EXTRA for Greater London Congestion Zones these postcodes will pay an extra £1.50 plus vat per delivery.

We charge a flat Rate of £6.00 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order.
You MUST contact us if you have not received your order within 3 working days of placing your order, so that we can chase your order up before it is returned to us. Please also check that you have received everything you have ordered within 48 hours of receipt.
Anyone ordering with the following postcodes MUST TELEPHONE THE OFFICE TO PLACE AN ORDER as our current courier service charges an additional £7.00 -£12.50 for these areas. These areas will have their order delivered by Royal Mail which may be more than the standard charge (depending on the weight of the parcel) and it may take 5-7 working days before you receive your order: – NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ALDERNEY, HERM & ARK, ISLE OF MAN AND ISLE OF WIGHT.

DELIVERY DURING SALE PERIOD

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfil orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate you understanding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returning damaged or faulty goods
  • In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged or faulty, please notify us at Beauty Select by either phone or email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  • If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return, we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available. We will then issue you with a ‘Return Authorisation Code’ [RAC number]. You have 14 days from the day on which you received your order to return it to us.
  • Returned items should be sent to Beauty Select Ltd, 1-3 The Courtyard, Calvin Street, The Valley, Bolton BL1 8PB, remembering to enclose a copy of the invoice for the order.
  • Upon us receiving the items and we are satisfied with the return, you will be refunded back on the card you originally ordered with plus any postage due. Please do not send us returns without first obtaining a ‘Return Authorisation Code’ [RAC number] from us otherwise we cannot accept returns that are not authorised.
Returning unwanted goods
  • If you are returning orders that you do not require, you will need to inform us of your reason for the return and you will also require a ‘Return Authorisation Code’ [RAC number] before return.
  • If this is the case, then a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
  • You will also be liable for any returns postage costs and you will only be refunded for the goods, not any postage costs for delivery or return.
Cancellation
  • Cancellations after dispatch cannot be accepted.
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Beauty Select in writing or via email within 7 days ([email protected]).
We offer a 14-day return policy, the 14 days commence from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise providing it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Beauty Select, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns that we are not pre-notified about. When returning goods, we recommend using a recorded delivery, as we can only offer refunds once the goods have been returned us.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return, we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

Order Packaging

For ex. stock items, orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent between 1pm and 4pm on Monday, or Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Mainland UK.
We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are dispatched in white envelopes or brown/white boxes. We take pride in our packaging and gift wrap the products inside and place our Company branded sticker on the outside of the box. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel. If your order is to be received as a gift, please note this in the comments section at Checkout, and we will remove branding from the outside of the package.
